- Kerri GI've done many yoga classes over the last 20-30 years. Since doing Vanessa's Dru Yoga classes, in a short period of time, I'm really feeling that my body's core strength is building, as is my flexibility and balance. I struggled to feel strong enough with other yoga types, and usually ended up feeling bad about myself and my perceived lack in my level of ability. I'm feeling the opposite way with Vanessa's classes and my self confidence in general is growing! Vanessa has a perfect knack of putting everyone at ease. Thanks so much!
- Karyn HHaving never done Yoga before, I reached out to Ness, her warmth, kindness and knowledge gave me confidence to attend and know that I would be welcomed. Being overweight and not very flexible I didn't think I would be able to do all the posses but Ness offers alternatives and always caters to people and also injuries. The environment at the classes is inclusive and I love my Monday nights at class. The 1/2 hour relaxation is the best 1/2 hour of my week. Do yourself a favour, come alone and give it a try!
